1. Agreement Between You and SoundTrophics
Welcome to SoundTrophics.com (the “Site”), operated by SoundTrophics LLC (“SoundTrophics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our Site or Services—including our AI-powered audio analysis and mix feedback reports (the “Reports”)—you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Service Overview
SoundTrophics provides automated track analysis and feedback using proprietary algorithms and AI technology. We aim to provide accurate, useful insights for music producers, but Reports are automatically generated and may occasionally contain errors or limitations. Use the feedback as guidance and not as definitive professional advice.
3. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing
Free plan: 3 credits/month.
Pro plan: 20 credits/month (paid).
Premium plan: 40 credits/month (paid).
One credit = one AI track report.
Credits reset monthly and do not roll over unless stated otherwise.
Paid subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
4. Refunds and Credit Reissuance
Refunds are available for unused credits if requested within 7 days of purchase.
If a credit is used and the resulting report is blank, incomplete, or fails due to a technical issue on our end, we will reissue the credit upon verification.
Email support@soundtrophics.com with proof of purchase or report details for refunds or reissuance requests.
No refunds are offered for credits once a report has been successfully generated.
5. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account information secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share or transfer your login credentials.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or copy our software, algorithms, or Reports.
Upload harmful files or malicious code.
Use the platform to create or train competing AI tools.
Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, content, and branding on the Site are owned by SoundTrophics LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Services. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or otherwise exploit our content or technology without permission.
8. AI Disclaimer
Our Reports are generated by AI and audio analysis models. While we strive for accuracy, the results may contain inaccuracies or limitations. By using our Services, you acknowledge that the Reports are provided “as-is” and should be used at your own discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoundTrophics LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities) arising from your use or inability to use the Services. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months prior to the claim or $50, whichever is greater.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
