Am I able to talk to my reviewer if I have any questions about the feedback given on the TrackReport?
You’ll have the opportunity to exchange comments back and forth on the SoundTrophics platform with your reviewer in order to clarify anything from the TrackReport.
How long will it take to receive feedback on my uploaded song?
You’ll be receiving your feedback within 48 hours of your track being uploaded. While we don’t want to keep you waiting on feedback, we also want our reviewers to have ample time to conduct a fully comprehensive analysis on your track.
What if I’m not satisfied with my report?
If you’re not satisfied, we want to know in order to improve and best serve you. Simply contact support and someone from the support team will get back to you promptly.
Can I see who is reviewing my track?
Everyone on the SoundTrophics team has a proven track record of success in the music industry. You’ll be able to see a full bio of your reviewer with your TrackReport so you know exactly what gives them the credentials to give professional feedback.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds for TrackReport credits are available under the following conditions: You may request a refund within 24 hours of the purchase date. Refunds are only eligible for credits that have not been used for any review on our platform. To process your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact support@soundtrophics.com with this information. Upon receiving your refund request, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
